EDL Tower Hamlets update

At a recent meeting with the Met, EDL were informed that at the moment the march is still allowed and that a massive operation will be in place to make sure Marxists and Anarchists who are determined to cause a riot by winding up the Muslim youth will be targeted beforehand.
Even if the Home Sec decides at a late stage to ban the march, EDL supporters will still have to walk to the demo area to have a static. Hey presto, a march. RV points will be announced as soon as arranged.

Unison sees fit to give its members money to Communists planning a riot

This is how Unison sees fit to spend its members money, financing a Marxist organisation who are trying to suppress free speech and are all out blatantly trying to provoke a riot in Tower Hamlets which they can then blame on the EDL. Are you still paying your subs?

Budget car rental how they rip you off

Warning about booking car rentals from Budget car rental online. The scam is you book the car online and it seems cheap then when you turn up to collect it they then demand £500 to be paid on a debit or credit card. When you question them they give you the old "did you not read the terms and conditions"? Bullshit. Then when you argue they then say "ok you can pay £100 deposit but the cost of your car hire will go up by £10.39 a day".

If you then say you want to cancel they then keep £20 as an "admin charge" for cancelling. A total rip off all round. Nowhere did I notice about a £500 deposit. This gives a whole new meaning to the word "small print".

Their customer service people obviously flunked charm school as well, they speak to you like youre a dog.

Dont touch them with a bargepole and spread the word.

Miss Selfridge arsonist arrested GOOD - hes 18 I reckon he will be 30 before he gets out

See the flats above? Arson with intent to endanger life hes going down for a long while.

Mr Moron torches Miss Selfridge: The moment thug set fire to dress and caused High Street inferno (... a man is now helping police with their inquiries)

  • Suspect arrested on suspicion of arson
  • Store bosses estimate costs will run into tens of thousands
  • Officers on horseback and with dogs flush out rioters
Last updated at 2:00 AM on 11th August 2011
A brazen thug is caught on camera torching a Miss Selfridge store and causing a High Street inferno.
The hooded yob watches from just yards away while the red dress in the window goes up in flames, unaware that he is being filmed as the whole store front rapidly catches fire.
The callous yob set the store alight as hundreds of youths went on the rampage in Manchester city centre last night.
Today an 18-year-old suspect was arrested on suspicion of arson this afternoon outside the boarded up store - after allegedly going back to have a look at what he had done.
Now scroll down to see the video

Hundreds of riot police had tried to move crowds who had gathered on Piccadilly Gardens, leading to running battles with youngsters wearing masks and hoods as violence spread north.
In the video posted on YouTube, the thug stands with a group of suspected rioters wearing a grey Adidas hooded top and a JD Sports bag.

With dozens of teenagers milling around in the area, he leans through the smashed window of the store which had its shutters down and carefully sets the dress on fire.
But instead of running away he walks across the street to watch the results of his handiwork - before looking straight at the camera.
The red dress in the window of the store begins to catch fire. The shattered glass can be seen in this picture
Flame quickly shoots up the red dress in the Miss Selfridge window
In just 60 seconds the small flame has ignited the whole shop window. The fire was later put out before it spread to neighbouring businesses.
Today store bosses were counting the cost of the damage which is thought to run into tens of thousands of pounds.
Stores including Swarovski, T-Mobile, French Connection and Marks & Spencer all had their windows smashed in the city centre.
The mob had almost total control of the streets for more than an hour and a half before deployments of plain-clothed police – some armed with telescopic truncheons – made raids on specific targets to apprehend looters.
The window begins to ignite. Hundreds of youths went on the rampage in the centre of the city before police brought it under control
Within seconds, the fire has taken hold of the dress and has begun to spread
Within minutes there was a huge fire in the window of the store as rioting spread to Birmingham and Manchester on the fourth night of disturbances
Flames roar from the store front, which is completely ablaze within a minute of the yob setting fire to the dress

Unaware that he has been captured on camera, he watches from across the street as the store on the city's Market Street rapidly goes up in flames
About 100 yobs looted shops including Foot Asylum in the Arndale Centre.
Liam Gallagher's recently opened fashion boutique in King Street had its windows smashed and looters cleaned it out.
In Swarovski, two looters were arrested by a team of five plain-clothed officers and they had to call for backup as they were surrounded by a baying mob of around 50 masked men.
Officers on horseback and dog handlers walked through the streets, flushing out rioters. But gangs moved off and smashed up a Sainsbury’s store before gathering on the main Deansgate thoroughfare.
A spokesman for Greater Manchester Police said: 'A man has been arrested on suspicion of arson after Miss Selfridges in Manchester was set alight. The shop on Market Street was set alight during violence and disorder in the city on Tuesday 10 August 2011.
'An 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of arson in Manchester at 2pm. He remains in police custody for questioning.'
The spokesman added that he had been arrested on Market Street.
Assistant Chief Constable Garry Shewan said: 'This is a prime example of how quickly we are working. Only 18 hours after the incident, we have turned around the CCTV and identified someone we want to speak to in connection with this offence.
'We will work just as quickly through all the hundreds of hours of material at our disposal to ensure the right people end up in front of the courts and face justice for their actions.'
Greater Manchester Fire Service said that they dealt with 155 fires across the city last night.

EDL Marching in Manchester

Manchester Demo - The quiet call of Ancestry by Casualgreen (reblogged)

THE DAY THE EDL OVER-RAN MANCHESTER TAKING THE POLICE AND THE COMMUNISTS BY SUPRISE - INSTEAD OF THE USUAL SMALL GROUPS OF BNP OR WHOVER THEY NORMALLY HARRASS THEY WERE SUDDENLY AND UNEXPECTEDLY FLOODED WITH PATRIOTS, AND THE KIND OF PATRIOTS WHO DONT TAKE TOO KINDLY TO BEING BULLIED OR CALLED "FASCISTS". NFSE

The quiet casual call of Ancestry.
EDL
Manchester
10 October, 2009.
As a former football casual I felt I had to respond to the worsening confrontations between the U.A.F. and members of the English defense league. Computers are new to me but once I began to scan the traffic on blogs and forums between people the situation was obvious. It seemed that the U.A.F. and other extremists have roused large numbers of white and Asian middle-class youths and their family’s, into a form of what appears to be a jihad against casuals and the culture they come from. This is mainly the indigenous common people of the council estates, whom the middle-class to often term chavs.
In response to this threat to our young and the culture we come from I decided to act. This situation has been building for a long time and like so many others across this land I could take no more. I have watched as my culture is vilified and hounded by middle-class politically correct multi-culturists. I have been called a racist so many times for simply asking questions they could not answer. On many occasions those accusing me knew I was born into a mixed race family and knew I had once belonged to my city’s football firm. And they knew we had fought fierce battles on the terraces and the streets over several years in the 70s against the N.F, yet still they called me racist. It had become obvious that these people would lead us into a nightmare, and now it appears that its here.
When I saw the scenes on you tube of innocent youths and old men being stamped on or punched, I knew it was time to act. I could not let young men face these people on their own and take the blows for being casuals, when I was someone who as a youth took part in the birth of what the media calls football violence. After the attacks on innocent people in Birmingham I prepared myself to go to Manchester. My intention was to attempt to prevent as best I could any innocents from being attacked, by putting myself beside them. In truth I was very scared because at 54 I knew I would not last long. But like so many others I could take this situation no longer and so I readied myself for October 10 and Manchester
I went through the same old rituals as the morning neared. At 54 I was in no condition to fight least of all on the hard streets of Manchester. When the dawn came and I rose to meet it my heart and mind were set. The best I could expect would be to try and help a group of people 300 or 400 strong and try not to get hurt. There would be thousands upon thousands against us, and every shadow and doorway, road or alley would be crammed with snarling crowds. Once there I let the law take my photo and gave my name, then I walked down from Piccadilly joining with two ex soldiers from Bradford. We found the friends they were looking for and tried to find away to join the EDL protest . There was no way we could reach it and not knowing the Bradford lads and aware that I could be mistaken as police I left them and wandered around the perimeter of Piccadilly gardens.
After a short while I found away in through the Portland rd side of the gardens, slipping through the police lines saying I was anti- fascist. I mingled along the edge of the crowd and found a place were I could step up onto a bench and get a better look. As I did I had that old feeling that there were other old football geezers around me, and as I stepped up I caught the eyes of a young lad and knew he was EDL. As I had moved through the side of the crowd to reach the bench a women carrying a placard passed through the mass of people shouting “there are BNP Nazis at the back” As I stood above the crowd she came back round calling “ get the Nazis at the back, get them “ Large numbers of the antifas began to move in the direction she was indicating . I didn’t think much as any EDL at the rear could easily extradite themselves as they were near the edge of the crowd. But the mad woman was really hyping the crowd up so I turned and looked over in the direction the mob were heading.
The mob had what was obviously four innocent male bystanders pressed against the wire fence with no way to escape. They had obviously just come over to take a look as they passed, but because of their casual dress and shorn hair and chav origins, the antifas had turned their ugly mob madness on to them. One was standing strong with his hands stuffed inside his coat pockets attempting to placate the swelling mob that gathered around them. He was trying to project a peaceful vibe outward to the mob, but the women and several other individuals kept up an intense barrage of “nazi” “fascist” and other expletives driving the mob into a frenzy. I knew when I came that I might find myself in a position were I would have to declare my colures in order to aid an innocent person. But I had hoped it would be out in the open and the law or some other force could come to my rescue. Where the mob had these innocent people trapped was under cover and out of sight and it worried me.
The mob began to close on the four so I had no choice; it was why I had come. I slipped down off the bench and moved round the edge of the crowd. As I stepped down I felt a movement behind me and a similar one to my left, and I knew the lad had followed me and at least one old geezer had moved with us. I kept my eyes on the mob gauging its mood and getting worried as I am too old to last more then a few seconds. I wished it was any where but here and as these thoughts crossed my mind the mob growled evilly and moved to pounce. I slid along its side then pushed it back along its front. The front lines were taken aback and thought they were receiving reinforcements, until I turned and faced them and moved back into line by the side of the four beleaguered innocent men. My heart swelled when three others took position alongside the four. ” “These are innocent people get a grip on yourselves ,calm down” I kept my arms out with the palms facing out as I spoke, trying to still the snarling mass of body’s. They were caught out and for a few seconds we looked as if we could calm the mob. But the individuals who were whipping up the hysteria began the chants “ Nazis” ”fascists” One was a short stocky scouse man mid 30s to 40s with slightly ginger hair and beard. I looked at him and said” I’m from a mixed race family and I,m here because I am worried by the situation in the country” “ then why are you with these Nazis” He snarled. “ There not Nazis their just passersby let them be and they will go” I tried to reason with him as did one of the four who tried shaking hands with a black youth in the mob, the youth recoiled. The more we reasoned the more the individuals began to rouse the mob. ” It moved back as we pushed on its front leaving a line of ten or so men who smiled and said “Were EDL” They swung round an stepped back joining our line. This stunned the mob and a glimmer was seen in the scouses eyes as if it was what he wanted. The mob was egged on again and pushed on us but our numbers had swelled and it was pushed back. And again a line of men were left smiling saying simply ”EDL” They turned and stepped back with cool precision. Then they too took up the attempts to placate the mob trying all ways to reason with any individuals they could. It was useless and at this point one of the original four calmly pointed his finger at the growling scouser and said ” there is something not right with this! There is something wrong here and its with you” I knew then what the feelings we all had were, there were agent provocateurs in the crowd.
This man was deliberately refusing to listen to the pleas for calm and peace that were issuing out of what was obviously, a capable yet calm and non violent band of men. He and the others like him were there only to whip up a mob and cause injury. At this statement the stocky provocateur urged the mob on and it moved against us. Again it was pushed back and again a line of men this time laughing stood and declared “EDL” They too swung about and took position by our sides. Much of the last decade of my life isolation and sorrow seem to have been my only companions, but as I looked along our line I knew I had found my way home again. It was the purest football Casual stand. As the darkness of the mob presses down upon you, the more of your own emerge. The darker it gets the more it will give us and any like us .. There is no greater joy then to take on the mob and win. To get strength from the darkness it’s self and turn it into the light.
At this third group of men emerging from within their own ranks and joining us, the snarling UAF mob began to falter. The stocky scouser looked bemused and also worried that his position was becoming badly exposed. He pushed back against the mob trying to get himself swallowed up by its numbers. At this point a group of 40 or so EDL youths came running up the pedestrian pathway from Parker street chanting “EE-EDL,EE-EDL.” like the cavalry coming to the rescue they steamed into the fray . This brought the police batons flaying into the mass of bodys. They forced the 80 or so of us back onto the railings then down the path out on to the Parker street. The UAF mob thought they had gained a victory and threw rocks and sticks at us as we withdrew. But we had made our point and for us it was time to savor the moment.
Out of nothing we had come together and we all knew it was one of those defining moments. None of us knew each other, none had ever met before, yet we came together as one and the energy swirled amongst us. As we withdrew many questions were asked amongst us, one more then others” where are our black and brown people, we need their faces” If black and brown members of our family’s were there then the UAF mob could not have with stood our calls for calm and we would have gained so many converts to our cause. Instead we faced a snarling mass of middle-class people who saw only white chavs, and it was easy for the provocateurs to whip them into a frenzy.
Once out on to the Parker street we gathered ourselves and found more EDL emerging out of the pedestrians who stood watching. We now numbered 100 -150 and all agreed lets circuit the gardens and look for any people who want to attack innocents claiming they are EDL fascists. We began to march chanting “EE-EDL, EE-EDL” it was what I had come to do ,yet I never thought it would be with such numbers and such a strong feeling. It was pure heart, strong youthful and beating , “EE,E.D.L, EE,E.D.L” and with each step our strength grew. As we flowed along and down behind Mosley street, I looked back and saw the four men we had rescued walking fast away from the protest, it was obvious that they were just innocent passersby. I knew then that there is no going back for me only forward to were ever the sound of the chant EE E.D.L. can be heard, and where ever this old man may be needed.
We moved around the gardens and along Back Piccadilly gathering strength as we marched, until we numbered some250 people. At which point the mob saw some Asian youths in hoods and took them to be enemy. They set of running after them. I was caught short of breath so I with drew back to the station and fed myself and got my breath back. When I returned to the vicinity of the gardens I began to wander the back streets to gauge the mood. I took my jacket off and put my specs on to change my appearance. I wanted to hunt out any UAF and asian or black people intent on attacking white people. But it was obvious that everyone had been taken aback by the strength and commitment of the casuals who had turned up in support of the EDL. Everywhere there were small knots of EDL and it didn’t take me long to spot some youths getting ready to march again. Up onto the railings they leapt and down came their hoods. Letting their faces be seen they dropped and as they moved the chant echoed of the buildings ” EE-EDL, EE-EDL” The chant was picked up by people around me and we moved to join the youths. Within seconds this small group of people grew in number as again people who were mingling with the ordinary Saturday shoppers took shape and joined the youths.Together we all chanted ” EE-EDL” and it resounded off the walls of the buildings and those ordinary shoppers clapped and cheered as we marched round behind Mosley street and ontoParker street side of the gardens.
The marchers quickly grew in number and by the time we turned on to Portland street at the top of the gardens we were 200-250 strong. I saw a chance to see if we could use our strength and get a reaction from the antifas. So I called out to those at the front” “Too the left ,turn” Some had the same idea and they swirled to their left and the whole mob whirled after them and we marched under a large opening beneath what appeared offices. As we got under we began to chant again ”EE EDL EE EDL.” It was magnified by the acoustics off the alcove and boomed down into the middle of the gardens were the antifas could hear it clearly. The police guarding the opening into the gardens swung round and charged us back using their batons. We were falling back anyway as all realized there was no way through. As the police charged us back the antifas came swarming behind them and the police momentarily lost control.
For me it was another moment to savor as with a little bit of sound in the right direction the required result was achieved. We got our foe out and onto Portland street. That was until they saw us all, and again another moment to savor. The EDL had spread out across the road and waited smiling. When I turned to view this all ,again I could see the old football geezers spread amongst the pedestrians and passersby on the pavements. As the firm of EDL backed across the road to receive any attack from the antifas, the crowds on the pavements would ripple and shimmer and out of their midst’s would step the geezers ,old and grey but showing themselves and us all that they were with us. It appeared that there were masses all around us that were with us should we have need of them.
The antifas wouldn’t step out they were taken back by what they saw. And so they turned on an old guy with a union jack and attempted to tear it from his hands. I raced over with several others and they moved back and a small skirmish took place as fist and feet flayed about. I withdrew from this as more police arrived and walked back on to the pavements. I wanted to look around amongst the pedestrians to try to gauge what numbers there were who were possible old casuals or just ordinary people with EDL sympathy’s. There appeared to be lots of middle-aged people and some seemed to have their sons with them. They could have just been ordinary shoppers though many of them seemed to be paying a lot of attention to what the mob of EDL were doing. Some seemed to move to go out on to the road whenever they thought the young EDL mob needed backing.
I decided to wander off on my own so I changed my appearance again, off came the jacket and on went the glasses. I wandered around Back Piccadilly again looking to see what vibes were there. There were small groups of EDL doing the same and I got the impression that the area outside the gardens was strongly full of us. There were small groups of Asian youths but all in numbers no larger then three. Any high groupings and they would have had to much of a look over and to be honest they were defiantly the kind who in Birmingham a month before would have had their hoods up making gangfinger symbols. The turn out had taken the wind out of them and they were keeping their heads down and not giving anyone any bad vibes.
As I moved through the streets a small group of EDL began to chant again and their numbers grew quickly. I followed and they became a large mob and as they moved riot police with shields followed. When the mob came to a standstill at one of the blocked road junctions the law began to encircle them. It was obvious that they were going to put an end to as many free roving groups of EDL as they could so I melted away. As I turned I caught a sight that lifted my spirits more. I had spotted some black youths and thought them African and maybe a little antagonistic. But when I turned they were amongst several white Mancunians who were standing along with others from the city. All of them were laughing and looking with humor on the casuals who had come to rest at the junction. A carnival atmosphere was take-in hold of us all. Once casuals cant find a worthy opponent on their own turf then they go back to being people amongst their family’s and friends. And that’s just what was on the faces of all those mancs . The youths were mancs and were with us, they were our people. As far as I could tell the day was done no Asian or black or other ethnic grouping would come and attempt to do what had been done in Birmingham the month before. I decided to wander around covertly again and see if I could spot those ethnics who were mixing then going back into the antifas mob.
I wandered for two hours and in-between I went back to Piccadilly to see if I could spot people from Chester catching the train. As I came out after checking the 16:17 I caught the last small band of young EDL standing lined across Piccadilly surrounded by police with shields and batons drawn. They must have been mancs as I heard one of the law call them by name. I was so proud of them. They stood strong and defiant letting the whole world know that we have risen and are beginning to march. There will be no alley, lane ,street or road that we the EDL, casuals united, and all the indigenous common people of these islands will not walk upon. No place will hold fear for us because these islands are our home and we will never give in to any extremists.
My heart and mind was so overcome by their defiance that I jumped into the phone box by the side of the road and phoned a long time, long suffering friend in London. For so many years I had worn away his ears and his patience with my football fighting talk. How now we are all at that age 50+ we will begin to look again at it and something might become of it, he had promised to knock me out for good just to shut me up. When he answered the phone all I could say was “ Listen” I held the phone out so he could hear the sirens an the dogs “ I’m in Manchester an I know you think I’m mad but its happened they have all come together, an its all of them …an I’m never ever stopping ,an I’m never coming back” he all ready knew an told me a few days later that it’s the same down there , we are rising.
As I left the phone box I caught sight of what appeared to be antifas behind police lines on one of the road junctions. It was the first showing all afternoon and it was a sign that they knew the police had finally gathered all the roving bands of EDL and had got them into the gardens. I over heard the police tell the young lions standing defiant across the road that if they did not join the protest in the gardens under a police escort, they would be arrested for public disorder. The youths went as there was no more need of prowling the streets looking for the mad mullahs and the ethnic gang bangers. They and their allies the middle class dreadlocked antifas spent the afternoon inside the safety of the police lines . All of them had been blown away by the stunning turnout of the EDL and the casuals, and would not venture out until they knew the EDL were finally rounded up and safely contained.
For the next hour I wandered through the back streets watching the flow of the people. There were still a lot of EDL.about but most seemed to be like me quietly watching. I was interested most in the young black and Asian youths. They seemed very quiet and subdued while walking amongst the masses and only when they rejoined the antifas in the middle of the gardens did their hoods go up and the strutting walk begin. This had not been a good day for them or any like them. The bearded mad mullahs must have had to do some explaining and it won’t be enough. Action always speaks louder then words and they were there but would not take shape. I wandered elated passed the gardens and the antifas watching the Asians strut as they reached the safety of the mob. No money could buy this feeling. What I and others gave their hearts and minds to so long ago has come when it is needed most, and it swept all before its power. Across the land today an old fire has been rekindled and its glow will grow and shine into the darkness that surrounds our Culture, ourselves and our young. The glow of this fire and its light will be seen by the whole world. I made my way back to Piccadilly station and caught the 17-17 back to Chester in an elated state. A long time ago I had put down something I loved with my heart and soul , and time and distance took me away from it , and it was lost. But this day I had finally answered its quiet call an it took me to a place and the space were what my heart and soul had put down they picked up again….. So tonight or any other night I know I never can be old nor would I care if I were. The moment , the hour and the day was ours and mine forever, the people of Manchester gave it to us.
